For almost a decade, I've had the deep honor of guiding people out of survival mode and back into a life of thriving.
After the heartbreaking loss of my daughter, I learned that healing is never a straight line — and that your body already holds everything you need to move forward.
That discovery shapes everything I do: customized breathwork containers, Ayurvedic wisdom for everyday life, and keynotes and workshops for teams ready to move from burnout to wholeness.
